We currently offer two shipping options within the United States:
Contiguous U.S. Alaska & Hawaii
- Standard: 3-8 Business Days 5-10 Business Days
- Express: 1-2 Business Days 3-4 Business Days
The cost for shipping is based upon your total order amount. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating your shipping charge. (For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii see surcharge fees below).
Online promotional shipping offers are not available on phone orders.

For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Express shipping is currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery time frames (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon your order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table above.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
Some products are not carried in stock, but are delivered straight from a manufacturer or supplier. When ordering multiple items from the Rochester Spy Shop it is possible that you will receive more than one package and that the packages will arrive on different days.
We exclusively use United States Postal Service (USPS) when shipping from our store. However, our manufacturers and suppliers also use UPS and FedEx.

The Rochester Spy Shop reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
